Nicolette Wilson grew up in Lynchburg, VA where she attended Tomahawk Elementary School and later became a Brookville Bee Alumni. During her high school years at Brookville, she cheered for varsity football, basketball, and competition team. Nicolette loves to go back into the community where she grew up, and is now a cheerleading coach for Brookville. Upon graduation, Nicolette attended Longwood University where she majored in Elementary Education. Miss Wilson started her teaching career in Campbell County where she was a second grade teacher. This year she transferred to Moneta Elementary School to continue to her love for teaching. She believes learning should be fun, hands-on, full of content and rigor, creative, and meaningful. Miss Wilson has always enjoyed helping others learn, and she believes that there is a light inside each of us that is meant to be shared.
